Held in the beautiful woodland setting of Jays Wood between Canterbury and Faversham, this practical, scenario-based course is ideal for outdoor instructors, group leaders, adventurers, bushcraft enthusiasts and anyone working or spending time in the outdoors.
Led by experienced outdoor professional and fully qualified First Aid Instructor Max Cornall, this nationally recognised qualification is valid for 3 years and tailored specifically for outdoor settings where emergency response may be delayed.

The WorkSafe Outdoor First Aid programme has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of outdoor organisations, including Mountain Training England (MTE).
Unlike standard indoor first aid courses, this training focuses on the unique challenges faced in remote environments, including:

- Limited communication
- Difficult terrain and casualty evacuation
- Extended casualty care outdoors

Your instructor
Your course will be delivered by highly experienced first aid trainer and outdoor professional Max Cornall.
Alongside his first aid instructional qualifications, Max has extensive experience leading outdoor activities and managing adventure-based businesses including sailing and diving enterprises. His practical experience brings realistic insight and engaging hands-on learning to the course.

- Handwashing facilities
- Woodland training areas
- Covered teaching spaces where required
Complimentary refreshments will be available throughout the course. Please bring your own lunch for both training days.
Optional Woodland Camping Experience
Participants are welcome to stay overnight at Jays Wood for an additional **£30 per person**

- Basic breakfast the following morning
